UPDATE: COCO
Faxon Animal League rescue in Fall RIVER, MA reports that COCO the Liver Dal was happily adopted and living a new life with his family!
Coco was the overweight Dalmatian pictured in the posts below (GET FIT!) that was abandoned by his owner who moved away and left him with a family who cared for him until they couldn't do it anymore...after a year he was turned into the shelter.
The staff at FAXON reported that COCO was a real gentleman and not to mention a beautiful Dalmatian Guy! With weight management under their care he was getting into shape and was thankfully adopted to his forever home! COCO was a senior aged Dal. It was the least he deserved.

Today they report they have a MASTIFF who is recovering well from abdominal surgery...he suffered the affliction large breeds sometimes have with torsion of the stomach. But the great medical care and rehab is a life saver...he is healing well and getting ready to be adopted.
