Blue is a beautiful young Heeler who was abandoned and starving. Worse yet he had been hit by a car, and his leg was broken. Enter True Blue Animal Rescue. Now Blue is at T-bar (short for True Blue Animal Rescue). He's splinted and casted and healing well, but the vet bill to date is $600 to set the leg. Poor baby! Who could say no to Blue?
